Emily Shiver is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and co-owner of two successful veterinary practices in Lakeland, FL. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Emily is dedicated to cultivating positive workplace cultures where veterinary teams are empowered to reach their full potential. Her expertise lies in enhancing veterinary practices through strategies that increase revenue, improve profit margins, streamline workflows, and elevate the client experience.

Drawing on deep industry knowledge, she collaborates closely with veterinary teams to identify challenges and opportunities, implementing effective solutions that drive success. In addition to her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager credential, Emily holds certifications as a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Certified Veterinary Business Leader, and in Mediation Training. These qualifications equip her with a comprehensive and compassionate approach to veterinary practice management.

 

Residing in Lakeland, FL, she shares her home with her husband and a household filled with beloved pets, including two Patterdale terriers and a retired police dog.
